Osteria Langhe
The first concept of the group opened in 2014 and honed in on the hyper regional dining experience. Piemonte is the center of this concept, with a 100% Piemontese wine list and typical dishes to accompany.
Testaccio
The second concept of the group takes its inspiration from the rich culinary scene of Testaccio, an area on the outskirts of Rome. Much like Logan Square, the neighborhood is home to many diverse cuisines and cultures. The Testaccio menu consists of authentic Roman dishes with a focus on hyper-seasonality and use of local farms.
Soif
Nestled beneath Testaccio, walk down a hidden staircase to find an exclusive Parisian speakeasy Wine Lounge. Small bites and a cozy candle lit atmosphere paired with a dense list of unique French wines are the focuses of this spot.
